Erika Dalya Massaquoi is the owner and creator behind The OULA Company. She aims to create work that brings women joy through the use of Ankara wax-fabrics in clothing, accessories, homewares, and interior design. Massaquoi is motivated by the Black is Beautiful Movement that she saw represented throughout her childhood. Massaquoi works to ensure that her work/life ratio is balanced for the good of her family and the business.
