Andrew Erickson
Andrew Erickson manages University Seafood & Poultry in Seattle on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2019. Erickson has been involved in the market since he was five. His great-grandfather bought the market in 1945 and it has been a part of the family since then. “People come in expecting a certain level of service and that’s what we shoot to provide. You’re supposed to be able to come in here and get exactly what you want,” said Erickson, “One of my favorite things about working here is getting to spend the time with my grandparents.”
